In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Scituate Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 17-8 victory over the Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE.

The Spartans now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Classical for a Division 3 test on Friday, May 13.

In their next game, the PRIDE face the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 14. Blackstone Valley Prep will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
