Ohio High School Baseball - Avon Lake nips Chagrin Falls
May 6, 2023: Chagrin Falls, OH 44022 Avon Lake Shoremen (Avon Lake, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Chagrin Falls Tigers (Chagrin Falls, OH), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Avon Lake upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Shoremen travel to North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH) to battle the Rangers in a Southwestern test on Monday, May 8. The Rangers come into the test with a record of 14-5. North Ridgeville won 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Keystone (La Grange, OH)
