Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Germantown Academy defeats Conestoga
May 6, 2023: Fort Washington, PA 19034 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) and the visiting Conestoga Pioneers (Berwyn, PA), saw Germantown Academy's baseball squad beat Conestoga by a margin of 5-0.
Coming up next, the Patriots play the Haverford School Fords (Haverford, PA) in a PAISAA battle, on Tuesday, May 9. Germantown Academy will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Fords enter the battle with a 17-5 record after their 2-0 league win over Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Philadelphia, PA).
The Pioneers now sport a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ridley for a Central battle on Monday, May 8. Conestoga will play a Raiders squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Interboro (Prospect Park, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
