The DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN) baseball nipped the visiting Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN), 3-2 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Barons encounter the Columbia City Eagles (Columbia City, IN) in a Northeast 8 contest, on Monday, May 8. DeKalb will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record.
