Washington High School Baseball - South Whidbey loses to Meridian
May 6, 2023: Bellingham, WA 98226 The South Whidbey Falcons baseball team (Langley, WA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA)
The Trojans now hold a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lynden Christian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing on Saturday, May 13. Meridian will confront a Lyncs team coming off a 5-3 league win over Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 8-8.
Next, the Falcons confront the University Prep Pumas (Seattle, WA) in a 1A Emerald Sound outing, on Saturday, May 6. South Whidbey will attempt to advance on its 8-9 season record. The Pumas go into the outing with a 7-7 record after their 11-2 non-league win over Nooksack Valley (Everson, WA).
