New York High School Softball - Belleville Henderson Central bounces Hermon-DeKalb Central
May 6, 2023: Belleville, NY 13611 Belleville Henderson Central Panthers (Belleville, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons (DeKalb Junction, NY), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Watertown for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 6. Belleville Henderson Central will battle a Cyclones squad coming off a 17-11 league win over Indian River (Philadelphia, NY). The Cyclones record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Hermon-DeKalb Central falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Demons host Edwards-Knox (Russell, NY) to battle the Cougars in a Section 10 West challenge on Saturday, May 6. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 3-1.
