New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), 8-7 in a league battle.

The Green Wave now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pomperaug for a South West battle on Tuesday, May 7.

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) in a South West battle, on Thursday, May 9. Immaculate will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record.
