New York High School Softball - Geneva holds off Greece Athena
May 6, 2024: Rochester, NY 14612 Geneva Panthers (Geneva, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Greece Athena Trojans (Rochester, NY), 14-12 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Midlakes for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 7.
With the loss, Greece Athena falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Eastridge (Rochester, NY) to battle the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 8. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 1-1.
