Wisconsin High School Softball - Wausau East bounces Appleton West
May 6, 2024: Wausau, WI 54403 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Wausau East Lumberjacks (Wausau, WI) and the visiting Appleton West Terrors (Appleton, WI), saw Wausau East's softball squad achieve victory over Appleton West by a count of 13-0.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marshfield for a Wisconsin Valley match on Thursday, May 9.
With the loss, Appleton West falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Terrors travel to Neenah (Neenah, WI) to face the Rockets in a Fox Valley Association match on Tuesday, May 7. The Rockets enter the match with a record of 6-5.
