The Lake Central Indians the visiting Hanover Central Wildcats softball squad by a count of 3-1 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Indians (25-0) will now prepare for their battle against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN). The Bulldogs go into the Duneland battle with a 16-4 record. In their last battle, Crown Point nudged Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN), 8-3, in a non-league battle.
