New Jersey High School Softball - St. Dominic Academy drops to Hoboken
May 6, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07304 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Hoboken Redwings (Hoboken, NJ) and the host St. Dominic Academy Blue Devils (Jersey City, NJ), witnessed Hoboken's softball squad prevail over St. Dominic Academy by a count of 15-4.
The Redwings now sport a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Nutley for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7. Hoboken will meet a Maroon Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Maroon Raiders record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, St. Dominic Academy moves to 10-9 on the season. The Blue devils host Dickinson (Jersey City, NJ) to meet the Rams in a HCIAL - National match on Thursday, May 9. The Rams go into the match with a record of 5-11. Dickinson lost 18-2 in their recent league match against Ferris (Jersey City, NJ)
