May 6, 2025: Johnston, SC 29832 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) and the visiting Chester Cyclones (Chester, SC), saw Strom Thurmond's baseball team gain a win over Chester by a tally of 10-2.
The Rebels (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC). The Volunteers enter the non-league battle with a 10-15 record. In their last battle, Andrew Jackson prevailed over Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC), 8-3, in a non-league battle.
