The Morehead Panthers baseball squad (Eden, NC), was edged 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC)

With the triumph, West Davidson moves its record to 17-9 on the season. The Dragons travel to West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to confront the Colts in a non-league contest on Friday, May 9. The Colts come into the contest with a record of 19-6. West Stanly won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Walkertown (Walkertown, NC)

The Panthers now possess a 12-15 record.
