New Jersey High School Flag Football - Plainfield thwarted by Union

Union Farmers (Union, NJ) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Plainfield Cardinals (Plainfield, NJ), 21-7 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Union improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Farmers travel to Kent Place (Summit, NJ) to play the Dragons in a battle on Thursday, May 8. The Dragons go into the battle with a record of 0-2. Kent Place lost 19-12 in their recent non-league battle against Montville (Montville, NJ)

The Cardinals now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a battle on Thursday, May 8. Plainfield will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 26-25 non-league loss to Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 0-2.
