Illinois High School Lacrosse - Fenwick overwhelms Chicago Mt. Carmel
May 6, 2025: Oak Park, IL 60302 The Fenwick Friars lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan to 7 in the Friars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Friars now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to DePaul College Prep for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 8. Fenwick will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Rams record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Chicago Mt. Carmel falls to 4-6 on the year. The Caravan host Washington (Washington, IL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 4-4. Washington lost 8-2 in their recent league challenge against Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL)
