Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Greenwich sneaks past St. Joseph
May 6, 2025: Greenwich, CT 06830 In Tuesday's league contest, the host Greenwich Cardinals lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-8 win over the St. Joseph Cadets.
The Cardinals (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against New Canaan (New Canaan, CT). The Rams enter the Fairfield County contest with a 10-1 record. In their last contest, New Canaan nipped Darien (Darien, CT), 8-4, in a league contest.
Next, the Cadets meet the Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, May 8. St. Joseph will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Gaels come into the battle with a 10-6 record after their 14-5 league loss to Chaminade (Mineola, NY).
