May 6, 2025: West Branch, IA 52358 The West Branch Bears soccer squad scored 10 points and held the visiting Louisa-Muscatine Falcons to 0 in the Bears non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bears now possess a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to Beckman for a River Valley bout on Friday, May 9. West Branch will play a Trailblazers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Maquoketa (Maquoketa, IA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Louisa-Muscatine moves to 0-9 on the year. The Falcons travel to Columbus (Columbus Junction, IA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, May 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Columbus 2-2 in their recent non-league bout against Centerville (Centerville, IA)
