The Huntington North Vikings softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Marion Giants to 10 in the Vikings non-league win on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 1-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Leo for a Northeast Eight battle on Monday, May 12. Huntington North will encounter a Lions team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Lions record now stands at 17-4.
