In Tuesday's non-league test, the Oldham County Colonels (Buckner, KY) softball squad got by the visiting Nelson County Cardinals (Bardstown, KY), by a count of 4-3.

Next, the Colonels meet the Floyd Central Highlanders (Floyds Knobs, IN) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 7. Oldham County will attempt to upgrade on its 21-3 season record. The Highlanders go into the test with a 18-4 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Meade County (Brandenburg, KY).

The Cardinals (18-5) will now prepare for their test against North Hardin (Radcliff, KY). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 15-11 record. In their last test, North Hardin was nudged by Campbellsville (Campbellsville, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.
