Utah High School Softball - Cedar Valley bounces Granger
Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Granger Lancers (West Valley City, UT), 16-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Aviators now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host Ben Lomond for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 11. Cedar Valley will battle a Scots squad coming off a 27-0 league loss to Uintah (Vernal, UT). The Scots record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, Granger falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Murray (Murray, UT) to battle the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 8. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 15-5. Murray lost 8-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Kearns (Kearns, UT)
