May 7, 2023: Bedford, MA 01730 The Longmeadow Lancers baseball team (Longmeadow, MA), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Sunday's non-league outing with the host Bedford Buccaneers (Bedford, MA)
The Buccaneers now hold a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cambridge Rindge & Latin for a Dual County outing on Monday, May 8. Bedford will confront a Falcons team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Weston (Weston, MA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-6.
Next, the Lancers confront the Wahconah Regional Warriors (Dalton, MA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, May 12. Longmeadow will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 9-5 record after their 10-2 league win over Mount Greylock Regional (Williamstown, MA).
