Missouri High School Baseball - Brunswick gets by South Shelby
May 7, 2024: Shelbina, MO 63468 Brunswick Wildcats (Brunswick, MO) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host South Shelby Cardinals (Shelbina, MO), 9-6 in a non-league test.
With the win, Brunswick upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Wildcats host Sweet Springs (Sweet Springs, MO) to battle the Greyhounds in a non-league test on Wednesday, May 8. The Greyhounds come into the test with a record of 8-14. Sweet Springs lost 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Carrollton (Carrollton, MO)
With the defeat, South Shelby falls to 3-16 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Highland (Ewing, MO) to battle the Cougars in a Class 3 District 7 test on Monday, May 13. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 3-15.
