May 7, 2024: Dagsboro, DE 19939 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) and the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), saw Polytech's soccer squad knock off Indian River by a count of 2-0.
The Panthers now hold a 10-1 record. They play next when they host Sussex Tech for a Henlopen North test on Thursday, May 9. Polytech will meet a Ravens squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over ASPIRA Charter (Newark, DE). The Ravens record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Indian River drops to 7-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Laurel (Laurel, DE) to meet the Bulldogs in a Henlopen South test on Thursday, May 9. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-11. Laurel lost 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Cape Henlopen (Lewes, DE)
