The Bret Harte Bullfrogs (Angels Camp, CA) softball nipped the visiting Summerville Bears (Tuolumne, CA), 4-3 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bullfrogs (7-13) will now prepare for their bout against Amador (Sutter Creek, CA). The Buffaloes go into the Mother Lode League bout with a 1-21 record. In their last bout, Amador was edged by Calaveras (San Andreas, CA), 20-0, in a league bout.
