May 7, 2024: Hayneville, AL 36040 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL) and the host Central Lions (Hayneville, AL), witnessed South Lamar's softball squad prevail over Central by a count of 17-0.
The Stallions now sport a 13-18 record. They play next when they host Verbena for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7. South Lamar will face a Red Devils squad coming off a 18-2 non-league loss to Maplesville (Maplesville, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 25-11.
