The Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI) baseball the visiting Fitzgerald Spartans (Warren, MI), 5-3 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Hazel Park for a Macomb Area - Bronze challenge on Friday, May 9. Center Line will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 5-2 league win over New Haven (New Haven, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 11-6.

With the defeat, Fitzgerald drops to 7-8 on the year. The Spartans host Clawson (Clawson, MI) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9.
