The Northeastern Knights (Fountain City, IN) baseball trounced the host Tri Titans (Straughn, IN), 14-1 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Knights now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blue River Valley for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. Northeastern will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN). The Vikings record now stands at 9-5.

The Titans (0-12) will now prepare for their bout against Anderson Prep Academy (Anderson, IN). The Jets enter the non-league bout with a 1-10 record. In their last bout, Anderson Prep Academy was overwhelmed by Union City (Union City, IN), 21-2, in a non-league bout.
