The Turkeyfoot Valley Area Rams baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Shanksville Stonycreek Vikings to 4 in the Rams league win on Wednesday.

The Rams now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Shalom Christian Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, May 8. Turkeyfoot Valley Area will play a Flames team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, PA). The Flames record now stands at 7-8.

With the defeat, Shanksville Stonycreek drops to 5-10 on the year. The Vikings host Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA) to play the Vikings in a Western Pennsylvania test on Thursday, May 8.
