Kentucky High School Baseball - South Oldham nips St. Xavier
May 7, 2025: Louisville, KY 40217 The South Oldham Dragons baseball team scored 2 runs and held the host St. Xavier Tigers to 1 in the Dragons non-league win on Wednesday.
The Dragons now hold a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host DeSales for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. South Oldham will play a Colts team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY). The Colts record now stands at 11-4.
With the defeat, St. Xavier drops to 14-9 on the year. The Tigers travel to Trinity (Louisville, KY) to play the Shamrocks in a non-league test on Friday, May 9. The Shamrocks go into the test with a record of 17-3. Trinity won 18-6 in their recent non-league test against Oldham County (Buckner, KY)
