Spectators at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Bedford Kicking Mules (Temperance, MI) and the visiting Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI), witnessed Bedford's baseball team knock off Dexter by a count of 5-1.

The Kicking Mules now own a 19-5 record. They take the field next when they host Huron for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12.

With the defeat, Dexter drops to 14-9 on the year. The Dreadnaughts travel to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI) to clash with the Railsplitters in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 12. The Railsplitters go into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Lincoln lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin (Livonia, MI)
