With the victory, Benet Academy advances its record to 5-3 on the season.
The Shamrocks now sport a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nazareth Academy for a battle on Saturday, May 10. St. Patrick will encounter a Roadrunners team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-5.
