In Wednesday's non-league test, the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) softball squad the visiting Eastern Hancock Royals (Charlottesville, IN), by a tally of 6-2.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Alexandria-Monroe Tigers (Alexandria, IN) in a Central Indiana test, on Thursday, May 8. Frankton will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 11-1 record after their 6-5 league loss to Mississinewa (Gas City, IN).

The Royals (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Union County (Liberty, IN). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 7-7 record. In their last test, Union County was routed by Tri (Straughn, IN), 3-0, in a league test.
