Fairview Apaches (Sherwood, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Montpelier Locomotives (Montpelier, OH), 5-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fairview upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Apaches host Delta (Delta, OH) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 9. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-7. Delta lost 18-4 in their recent non-league test against Antwerp (Antwerp, OH)

With the defeat, Montpelier falls to 9-6 on the season. The Locomotives travel to Swanton (Swanton, OH) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 9. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 8-11. Swanton won 18-0 in their recent non-league test against North Central (Pioneer, OH)
