Michigan High School Soccer - Berrien Springs knocks off Covert
May 8, 2023: Covert, MI 49043 Berrien Springs Shamrocks (Berrien Springs, MI) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Covert Bulldogs (Covert, MI), 8-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Shamrocks confront the Coloma Comets (Coloma, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 11. Berrien Springs will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Black River (Holland, MI).
The Bulldogs now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host New Buffalo for a Berrien-Cass-St. Joseph challenge on Thursday, May 11. Covert will confront a Bison team coming off a 1-0 league win over Buchanan (Buchanan, MI). The Bison record now stands at 2-4.
