Massachusetts High School Lacrosse - Melrose drops to Burlington
May 8, 2023: Burlington, MA 01803 Burlington Red Devils (Burlington, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Melrose Red Raiders (Melrose, MA), 15-4 in a league test.
The Red Devils now have a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Arlington for a Middlesex test on Tuesday, May 9. Burlington will face a Spy Ponders squad coming off a 9-7 league win over Stoneham (Stoneham, MA). The Spy Ponders record now stands at 5-5.
In their next game, the Red Raiders face the Arlington Spy Ponders (Arlington, MA) in a Middlesex test, on Wednesday, May 10. Melrose will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
