Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mankato East Cougars (Mankato, MN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Crimson now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Robbinsdale Armstrong for a Northwest Suburban challenge on Tuesday, May 9.
