New York High School Softball - Scarsdale topped by Ursuline
May 8, 2023: New Rochelle, NY 10804 The Ursuline Koalas softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Scarsdale Raiders to 1 in the Koalas league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Ursuline moves its record to 13-3 on the year. The Koalas travel to North Rockland (Thiells, NY) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 9. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 15-1. North Rockland won 7-1 in their recent league game against Clarkstown South (West Nyack, NY)
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Lincoln Lancers (Yonkers, NY) in a Section 1 II - A game, on Tuesday, May 9. Scarsdale will attempt to move on its 6-10 season record. The Lancers come into the game with a 1-7 record after their 18-1 league loss to Mamaroneck (Mamaroneck, NY).
