In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA) baseball squad the host Armstrong River Hawks (Kittanning, PA), by a final score of 8-5.

With the win, North Catholic upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season.

With the defeat, Armstrong falls to 7-11 on the season. The River hawks travel to Indiana (Indiana, PA) to battle the Little Indians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 11.
