Virginia High School Baseball - Fleming loses to Craig County
May 8, 2024: Roanoke, VA 24017 The Craig County Rockets baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Fleming Colonels to 3 in the Rockets non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Rockets (4-10) will now prepare for their match against Highland (Monterey, VA). The Rams go into the Pioneer match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, Highland was overwhelmed by Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA), 13-12, in a league match.
The Colonels (0-19) will now prepare for their match against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles go into the Blue Ridge match with a 15-2 record. In their last match, Franklin County gained a win over Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA), 10-1, in a non-league match.
