El Diamante Miners (Visalia, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Porterville Panthers (Porterville, CA), 13-4 in a league test.

With the win, El Diamante upgrades its record to 11-16 on the season. The Miners host Golden West (Visalia, CA) to battle the Trailblazers in a East Yosemite test on Friday, May 10. The Trailblazers come into the test with a record of 10-18. Golden West lost 15-0 in their recent league test against Redwood (Visalia, CA)

With the defeat, Porterville falls to 15-8 on the season. The Panthers travel to Monache (Porterville, CA) to battle the Marauders in a East Yosemite test on Friday, May 10.
