North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA), 4-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Allegheny upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Tigers host Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Thursday, May 9. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 15-3. Penn-Trafford lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Franklin Regional (Murrysville, PA)

With the defeat, Shaler Area falls to 12-5 on the season.
