Connecticut High School Volleyball - Cheshire over Amity Regional

May 8, 2024: Cheshire, CT 06410

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) and the visiting Amity Regional Spartans (Woodbridge, CT), saw Cheshire's volleyball squad beat Amity Regional by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Cheshire upgrades its record to 12-3 on the year. The Rams travel to Newtown (Newtown, CT) to play the Nighthawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, May 9. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Newtown won 3-0 in their recent league bout against New Milford (New Milford, CT)

The Spartans now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Shelton for a bout on Saturday, May 11. Amity Regional will play a Gaels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hand (Madison, CT). The Gaels record now stands at 9-6.
