Michigan High School Baseball - Monroe wallops Crestwood
May 8, 2025: Dearborn Heights, MI 48127 The Monroe Trojans baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Crestwood Chargers to 0 in the Trojans non-league win on Thursday.
The Trojans now own a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to L'Anse Creuse North for a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. Monroe will clash with a Crusaders team coming off a 10-2 league loss to Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-15.
With the defeat, Crestwood drops to 6-9 on the year. The Chargers travel to Robichaud (Dearborn Heights, MI) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Western Wayne test on Monday, May 12. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 2-10. Robichaud lost 15-0 in their recent league test against Melvindale (Melvindale, MI)
