The Perry Commodores (Lima, OH) baseball got by the host Ridgedale Rockets (Morral, OH), 7-6 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Commodores now own a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Allen East for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 9. Perry will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Spencerville (Spencerville, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-7.

With the defeat, Ridgedale drops to 1-8 on the year. The Rockets travel to Vanlue (Vanlue, OH) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 10.
