California High School Volleyball - Burton can't get by Belmont
May 8, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90003 Belmont Sentinels (Los Angeles, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Burton Scorpions (Los Angeles, CA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Belmont advances its record to 7-13 on the season. The Sentinels travel to Animo Venice (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Monday, May 12. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 18-2. Animo Venice won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Los Angeles Leadership Academy (Los Angeles, CA)
The Scorpions now sport a 9-5 record.
