Hinsdale South Hornets (Darien, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Hinsdale Central Red Devils (Hinsdale, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hinsdale South improves its record to 15-8 on the season. The Hornets travel to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL) to face the Astros in a non-league test on Saturday, May 10. The Astros go into the test with a record of 15-11. Shepard won 2-1 in their recent league test against Thornton Fractional North/Thornton Fractional South (Calumet City, IL)

The Red Devils now own a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plainfield East for a non-league test on Friday, May 9. Hinsdale Central will face a Bengals squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Bengals record now stands at 10-16.
