May 8, 2025: Minooka, IL 60447 Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL), 2-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Minooka moves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Plainfield North (Plainfield, IL) to clash with the Tigers in a Suburban Prairie test on Tuesday, May 13. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 14-3. Plainfield North won 9-0 in their recent league test against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL)
The Cougars now sport a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they host Romeoville for a Suburban Prairie test on Tuesday, May 13. Plainfield South will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Oswego (Oswego, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 7-11.
