May 8, 2025: Sioux City, IA 51106 Spencer Tigers (Spencer, IA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Sioux City East Black Raiders (Sioux City, IA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Spencer moves its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Unity Christian (Orange City, IA) to clash with the Knights in a NWI Soccer League test on Monday, May 12. The Knights come into the test with a record of 8-5. Unity Christian lost 2-1 in their recent league test against Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA)
The Black Raiders now sport a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Jefferson for a Missouri River test on Tuesday, May 13. Sioux City East will clash with a Yellowjackets team coming off a 1-0 league win over Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 8-3.
