The Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) softball routed the visiting Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds (Lima, OH), 17-3 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Polar Bears now sport a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spencerville for a non-league outing on Friday, May 9. Hardin Northern will encounter a Bearcats team coming off a 15-8 non-league loss to Parkway (Rockford, OH). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-14.
