With the triumph, Marlboro improves its record to 8-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Matawan Regional (Aberdeen, NJ) to face the Huskies in a non-league contest on Friday, May 9. The Huskies enter the contest with a record of 8-9. Matawan Regional lost 10-5 in their recent non-league contest against Allentown (Allentown, NJ)
The Lions now hold a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Barnegat for a Shore - B South contest on Friday, May 9. Liberty will face a Bengals squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Central Regional (Bayville, NJ). The Bengals record now stands at 16-5.
